Jack Purcell

Mr. Purcell is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Grenadier Associates Ltd., and serves as a Partner of Nicklaus Brown & Co. and formerly a Lead Director for Omnicom Group (NYSE – OMC) where he served as Chairman of the Governance Committee and was a member of the Finance and Executive Committees.

Mr. Purcell formerly served as Chief Executive Officer of SFN Cos. Inc., Executive Vice President and COO of CBS, Inc., Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gannett Co., Inc. and as the Chairman of Donnelley Marketing, Inc.

Mr. Purcell received a Doctorate in Law from the University of Virginia.
